If you have tried 10 different E4OD's and none of them have worked I doubt it was a bad transmission to start with..
E4OD is completely computer controlled, and if the computer ain't happy the E4OD ain't working! Simple as that..
Simple things like TPS sensors, VSS sensors, multifunction switches (neutral safety) bad wiring on the solenoid pack and a host of other electrical problems can all cause it to not operate at all or in best case operate poorly..
First plan of action = Pull the DTC codes.

no not 15 trannys. 15 bone yards. sorry for the confusion on that guys. i am getting a 625 code but another guy on here said he didnt think it was my problem.hell i dont no much about trannys. i got everything but drive. really gettin to be discouraging. i live in the milwaukee wisconsin area. between milwaukee and chicago.

625 Electronic Pressure Control driver open in EEC
That is a KOEO and or CM test result.
Its not having enough pressure or pressure in the right place/time to shift to drive?
Pressure control solenoid circuits, Wht-yel = neg (computer control) Wht-Red = positive (key "on" power).
I don't have an Image of the packs harness connector, perhaps some one else does and will post it for ya?
Even if not the wire colors will tell ya what you need to know.

If you do end up needing a new E4OD, monster transmission has some nice rebuilt ones, I have one in my tuck: Rebuilt Transmission - Ford Transmissions - E4OD - Monster Transmission and Performance
Or, if your feeling crazy, they sell kits for a little over $100 to rebuild it yourself.
