Yeah, he probably called for less ICP to keep from setting the 1211. If that's the case, leave it be for now. Or you can ask him to raise it to around 2400-2500psi. You may be able to hold that, but not much more.

Duty cycle is 35 or so, I've never seen it over 40. Pulsewith I'll have to check out. The adrenaline seems to be doing its job according to the scan gauge. I don't know what's going on either. I might just get the T500 from Joey and sell the adrenaline. I heard you Falcon) LOL.

I don't know if I ever told this story. Years ago I ordered the baby beans (130cc's) from Beans (didn't know about Jim at the time). When I called up they said that they were ready to be shipped and all the cups, etc. were good so no extra charges. Then I get a call and they said there was a mistake, they all were bad. Lots of extra money so I called Ryan and asked what was going on. He said that I should have never been told the guts of the injectors were good and apologized. He split the cost of the extras with me and I said OK. My gut is telling me I got someone's stage 1's or whatever. Turned out good because I love the power. Maybe I will pull just one to satisfy my curiosity.

The adr has a tendency to throw 1211's.
I was talking to Jody about it, he says its very hard to tune due to the way it flows oil.

He didn't go much beyond that for explaining. I'm sure you could fancy a guess as to why.

You either have stage 1's from Casserly like you suspect, or you got something thats not close to what your supposed to have.

The only way to tell though is to have them flow tested.
Send them to jim and have them put on the flow bench.

As for smoke, I"m not short on oil at all, but I can still smoke out a whole intersection.

Hey Glenn, I don't think you have a pump problem at 35% DC. You need to contact Tony and see if your DC is locked down at 35%. Anything is possible and I know that Tuners can lock that to a given number. You may want to call him. Have him raise it to 65%+.

I was kidding Glenn... I might think about it if it would work on mine, but since yours is a '96 and mine is a '95 I don't think it would work.

I'm hoping to get a T500 in the next few months. If I upgrade injectors again it'll be either II's or hybrids so I won't need insane oil...

You are correct. You will need a "special" pump.

Well I see my thinking was backwards if the tuning is only calling for 35% DC. Apologies.

With my mods and a T500, would you still say raise it to 65%+?

Hey hope it isnt too late for you. I would like to weigh in because I got the pleasure of running both pumps in my truck. The first was the srp1. It leaked about a quart of oil a minute and threw codes something terrible. We put the truck on the auto enginuity and the stage 2s werent getting enough oil. I was extremely dissapointed. I had built everything around the oil pump. To make a long story short beans took the $1000 dollar pump back and I talked to joey at terminator. He sent me a pump (without having the money yet) for $300. Has yet to throw a code and is running a lot more psi than the srp1 and the seat of the pants feel was a huge difference. Happy with everything else from beans but save yourself the trouble and talk to joey at terminator he is a class act. I know he has some new stuff out as well.

Just wanted to add that I checked the PW & DC today. I saw 4.4 for the high on PW but it always leveled off at 3.7-3.8. On the DC the highest was 44 briefly then holds at 40 or so.
