I am new to the forum, so hopefully I'm in the right place...I have a 2000 Excursion with 490km on it. As an old GM guy, i am in love with this truck as it is almost indestructible. I maintaine it well, which is key, but the one thing that is wrong is my overhead console readout has gone blank. I found an old post on how to remove, but my question is, is a 250 console the same?
The instructions and pictures are awesome, so I'm hoping they are not far off.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

 

The LCD display plug came loose. It's very common. What's the link to the writeup you found?
