Check voltage to module. Battery voltage to red in run and white in start. See if you're getting voltage to plus side of coil in run position.

Pretty sure i found the problem. Found no power going to coil in run from switch, checked resistance wire going from run to start circuits. found wire had 34 ohms resistance (way to much according to diagram) i made the wire using a 1.06 ohm resistor and soldered it to some wires. i just used a normal resistor will it not handle the current im putting through it? was just thinking about calling the local scrap yard and having them cut a resistance wire out of an old truck?

Ceramic ballast resistors can be found at NAPA, just mount to firewall. 1.1 ohms for a DSII is perfect, though .8 to 1.4 is acceptable.

Alright just got back for the auto parts store. the only thing they had is a 1.2 ohm resistor though that should be close enough will wire it up here today to see if it works had a hard night of b-day drinking and not feeling too good this morning......

Mount the resistor out in the open where it will stay cool. They do heat up while the engine is running.

got an resistor the best i could get is a 1.35 ohm. now next problem is i used the s circuit of the starter for my hot in start wire for my duraspark so it backfeeds power to starter while key is in run so now i have to rewire that.......eventually i get it right lol

Your power feed for the Duraspark module should always go back to the ignition switch. Short cuts only confuse matters.
