Anti skid / anti roll sensors

I have a 09 150 FX4, I installed the 2" leveling kit and added bigger snow tires for the winter. Now, it seems like whenever I take even the slightest turn, the ridiculous anti roll system kicks in and puts the brakes on. Is there a way of turning it off all together or adjusting the sensors to make up for the extra travel? I am hating this truck more and more. I should have stayed with my 350. Between this anti roll and traction control systems gonna drive me to drink. The dumbest design ever made.

i'm making the assumption that the 09's are the same as the '10's ... so take this into account when trying it.

you should be able to shut off the RSC by pressing the traction control button and holding it for 5 seconds or so. when pressed and held your TC display should illuminate and then flash for a few seconds. This disables the roll stability, traction control, 1-wheel spin control (except the '11's &up) and sway control.

the RSC will reactivate when the vehicle speed exceeds 25mph. now, whether that means that it will stay active when speed goes below 25mph or whether it deactivates again was not clear to me in the manual.

which, by the way, would be the best an most accurate way of telling what you can turn off. I think it is listed under traction control or Roll Stability Control.

let us know how it goes for ya!

Yes, I think my works the same way. I want it off forever....not just when at slow speeds. I may have to go back to a 350. I didn't have this anti crap in my Super Duty.

Just a wild guess, but are you sure your tires all all the same circumference? If one of them was out, it would cause the stability program to think you were skidding.

Yes, they are the same size, just a little bigger that stock. Plus the leveling kit. I wonder if that makes it mess up. I hate it, worse design ever. And the traction control sucks also, it won't let the wheels spin. I have tried to turn it off and it still doesn't work.
