I would say to change JUST the IPR valve by itself along with diagnosis should be about half of that in labour depending on what the hourly labour rate is for said shop. Given that your truck won't start PERIOD due to low ICP, doesn't surprise me one bit that the IPR valve has failed. What I am unclear of, is what gaskets and o-rings he's referring to.

As far as injectors go, the engine would need to be running to pinpoint the faulty/weak injector(s). This is unless you have an electrically faulty injector(s), which I have come across before too.

Great news!!!! I got the IPR changed and also some oring, seal for the oil cooler and had the scream change for the oil filter as last mechanic had place the wrong oil cap causing the scream to break and in result all debri when right on all over the engine. I drove the truck home and IPR made the engine start and it help the driving condition a little not too much. At this point I still have the injector problem which I was diagnose last week, droping injector 7,4,5 and 8. well i was looking to spend a total amount of 1350.00 for all 4 injector including labor. Well, I went and order Rev X additive and added to the engine oil and add disel Rev X additive to the gas aaswell and drove the truck for about 10 miles and I must say that I am very impress, truck is not addle hard at all and is not jurking while driving either. So, my bigges consern was or question was how is the truck going to start in the morning right? well, I got up this morning and run to the truck and crank the engine and problem is gone, truck starts right up and no sign of vibration, or load nose cominng from the valves at all. I recomend this product to all when ever you have injectos stiction. I want to thank all of you mechanics that help me out all along. I really apreciate all the help and I will see you guys on my next project. Thank you all.

M-chan couldve saved you a chunk of money if you wouldve heeded his first post. The good thing though is now you know what to look for next time. Glad to hear you got it running, that rev x stuff sounds like some mystery snake oil-cure-all stuff. Also, spend the 160 on a scan gauge. Theyre worth their weight in gold.

Actually, I did listen and follow his advise. This is the rason I never got the injectors replace soon after the IPR was fixed. But yes man this product is something else, i never seem nothing like it. It is liquid fire and I just wonder if it is that strong and powerfull to break down dirt and oil debric that could also damege seals,o ring on the long run. What you think?
