The radio does have RDS, but many people have already called it and the CD player doesn't work at the moment.
I'm not parting out the bumper because I'm going to put it on the '05.

The top left and bottom right seams are starting to lose their finish. There's a spot of something in the bottom left that was there when I got it. Tried to get it off and couldn't. Otherwise it's in pretty good shape, and all buttons/lights worked when it was removed. Removed at 120,333.4 miles.
