Noise Under heavy acceleration

So my 63 is making a squealing/whistling sound under heavy acceleration and i cant figure out what it is.

<iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/0-GcjADVp-4" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

You can hear it in the first two seconds and hear it best around 8 seconds. Its faint on the video but much louder in person. Any ideas on what may be causing this?

Start simple remove the vac lines one by one, and suck on them to see if the hold pressure.. around the intake mani, with the engine running spray a bit of WD40 and see if the engine idle changes or if you see a definite movement in the stream of WD40.. don't let the WD40 get on the very hot parts ie; exhaust headers, as it can combust from the excess heat, and it will also discolor the headers, or block and manifold so try to do it with the block cold or cool. I have seen post's on here with other people having great ideas also.. you might do a search. Generally Exhaust leaks with pop, or pulse, or click , where an intake leak is much more steady... other possibles are Alternator? generator bearings starting to squeal, and while you are at check your oil levels... Might be a bearing has spun.. check for loose belts.. just bit by bit go over and try to pinpoint the general location

My starter is starting to go out and is not disengaging immediately so is catching and making a grating noise, could the starter also be causing the noise under heavy acceleration?

Wound up being the starter. Replaced it and the sound went away. The output shaft on the starter was shot and the gear would move freely back and forth.
