Exclamation Not so good vibrations

Drove from N.W. Florida to "not so" Hotlanta, GA. drove great. When I left Florida it was 55 Degs and when i arrived here in Atlanta it's 28 Degs. I noticed as I exited the interstate that when turning from a dead stop that there seemed to be a faint vibration/rumble. The vibration was intermittent and seem to happen more often when turning to the right. If I had to guess it maybe the fan?? Heat hasn't worked either. No check engine or anything, it runs as it should, off idle. It just the happens once and while, when accelerating from stop, as soon as I feel the vibration and let off the pedal even the slightest and it goes away. This is the first time I've driven this truck in below freezing weather. Please help freezing Florida boy a long way from home!!!

almost forgot

I'd go with a failing wheel bearing/hub assembly.

Why would you be in trouble?
It's a work of 2 hours to change....

If you start out now, you should be there by nightfall.

Still below freezing. Vibration hasn't returned. Only have 2 more days of tech training then I can go home. Much Thanks for your help! Going to baby it back to P'cola and rebuild the whole front end.
Still don't know what the heck WAS vibrating. Bugs the @#$& out of me. Any thought on the no heat problem?
Done the eatc self-check. No codes at all. Push off and floor (same time) then press automatic. A line turns in a rectangle pattern counter-clockwise, then all the icons and symbols display until you press a button or cycle key switch. Done test with engine running idle @ full temp. I ran the test KOEO. Same results. Engine runs at spec temp. When switching from automatic, floor, panel/floor, vent, and Max AC air does blow from the requested vent. When Max AC is selected it blows strong through the panel register for 30 sec or so the changes itself to the defrost register. When in automatic mode it will blow through the panel and floor about the same amount of time, then blow only through the defrost register only. Who would have thought a Florida boy would care so much about a heater.
Thanks Y'all
