Rear Brake Calipers ??
Are the rear caliper slide pins known to seize-up like the front caliper slide pins do ??

And would the rear slide pins be the same part# as the fronts to do an upgrade with ?

yes the slide pins on rear calipers will sieze up not sure on p/n take a look with parts guy ed

Pins are not the same. I don't have a Ford part number for them, but the aftermarket numbers are different.
