Rear Brake Caliper
I have a 1999 Ford F-250 and I'm still having issues with my rear brakes how can I tell if my rear calipers are defective or not I'm not to sure if they are ?

Brake Caliper
The symptoms the left rear brake is rubbing on the inside caliper and you can feel and hear the brake rubbing on the inside of the caliper I haven't had a chance to make repairs to it and it has been to cold to work on it.

Here is how you diagnose calipers that are more than a few years old..
1. Remove it
2. Take it to your favorite parts store
3. Hand over $70 to $100
They give you a diagnosed (aka reman) part.
Install them in pairs (not just one side) with new pads.
Replace / resurface rotors as needed.
Works every time.
