My New X

Well, here are some pics of my new bus. I had a F-250 Supercab V-10 before but this seems far better suited to family hauling duties.
2003 Eddie Bauer,V-10, 4x4, 88k miles, new tires, dual exhaust and pretty loaded up and really clean. I spent 10 minutes under it on a creeper and the only things I could find was a brake line a little close to the exhaust and a exhaust heat shield that needed a clamp.

There will be mods to come!

Block heater plug in. They come in handy if it has to sit outside in a midwest winter (but mine sits in a heated shop) They are a factory option but it seems like most trucks in the midwest have them. I used the one in my Superduty a few times and it makes a world of difference when it's 20 below zero out.

I kinda thought that was what it was. On my X, the block heater plug is on the passenger side. Being a diesel it might must be in a different location.

If I do dual exhaust, that is how I would like it to look. How does it sound? What type of system? Do you have any pics or vids?
Love it!

It looks like the exhaust was custom done. It is a single pipe out the cat to a Y then to dual Thrush mufflers and dual outlets like that. It has a healthy sound for sure. My superduty I had exhaust done with a Magnaflow single in dual out muffler and it sounded good too.

Darkside...

Hey bro, welcome to the dark side! The X looks great!! I love that the Mr. T bobble head made the voyage to the dash of the X, I was afraid he was going to retire after duty in the truck.
Oh, and the mods will never end.

Excellent!

A new owner with a nice Ex. I love it when a Ex goes to a good home. Sort of like puppy adoption to me.

It will give back much more than it takes.

I love mine
