Any tips for brake kits?
Have a 55 F-100 after reading a lot on this site I think that I want to do the power booster under floor, with disc on front, drum on rear.
Some kits have a remote tank but I have not seen any reviews?
Is there some kits more complete than others?
Is there some kits to stay away from?

This is where I got my cpmplete kit.

I used the kit from speedway, bolt on, no modification required. Low end on the price.
Master cylinder from a 80's Bronco. ($35 @ Autozone) Had to fab a quick bracket to get it mounted under the cab. Works great, no booster yet.

Make sure they have it in stock before you order. (if you go that route) They initially sent the wrong bolt pattern and then the one I wanted was out of stock when we shipped the wrong one back. 2 month hassle, but I'm pretty happy with it.
