No Start E-250 7.3

2000 E-250 van with a 7.3l, engine turns over fine, but the fuel pump is not running, the fuel bowl heater had shorted out and caused the fuse to blow. The heater was unplugged and the fuse replaced. Still no power to the pump. What could be the problem? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Got a chip in the van? Getting a WTS light when the key is turned on? Got any other blown fuses? Tried swapping the PCM relay for the blower motor relay?
