My 05 psd just added a BPD EGCooler and oil cooler with extra filter. This work done by local non ford repair shop. Took truck to him for dead batteries and he found the leaking EGC. When truck was jump started by AAA it fired up within 20 Seconds of first try. Drove to shop and left it idleing for electrical checks. Now the truck will not start on the first try and starts hard cold and runs rough until warm. Took it back to restore cold starting ability as the cold start problem feell like no glow plug operating. Suspected maybe bad battery hurt the FICM and sent it off for reprograming at Circuitboardmedics and it was good but had it reprogramed anyway. Can anybody show me where the 2005 6.0L psd glow plug controller is located on the engine (got a picture of a 7.3 engine location of the GPC from this site) I feel the tech did not reconnect wire harness properly and continued operation with hard cold start and rough idle will do engine damage to injectors and GP's if not fixed. Any advice for my gas techs will be helpful.

Its on the pass side valve cover...closer to the front of the engine. Its about 4"x3" and has two medium sized plugs going into it. On my '05..one plug is green, and the other is black. Has two studs holding it in place. Sorta looks like a small ficm. You cant miss it sir.
