Coolant flush?

Coolant flush?
I have a 101,000+ on my truck with no coolant flush as of yet. I do not have any white smoke so at this point I think my cooler is okay. At this mileage what method of flushing would you recommend? I know there is more than one way in the tech folder so I thought maybe you guys could recommend the best one. What does the dealer do when they flush it?

If i were you just do a distilled water flush and do not use the VC9 iron cleaner . If your not going to be replacing the oil cooler then its not nesessary. Also get a scan gauge and see what your temp spread is first. On a side note my buddy's truck an 04 130000 or so never had the coolant touched , we put my scan gauge on it and he has a better temp spread than me , and i have a new oil cooler.

Got lucky. Drilled out the hole and re-tapped it to a M6x1.0 thread and put a couple of washers on the new bolt and it torqued down. Didn't know if it would work since I had to grind off the boss where the threads were seized. That was halve my threads gone. Done though and no leaks.
