I have square. Sorry i can't seem to get this web site to copy . I thought it was interesting on standpipes . TECHNICAL BULLETIN APTB-03/08R1. Do you replace the standpipes and dummy plugs or just o-rings. By looking at this site I'm going to replace the sets. Also debating on delete or not. Whats the delta difference between delete or (BPD or stock) cooler.

I havent heard of anyone just getting the HPO O-RINGS if you new the size you might be able to IDK
I tried to find an oring for something simple thought I had one close enough but no go
So orings and stuff have to be EXACT no question there size thickness all of it

Probably just better to get the right parts from Ford for both the standpipes and dummey plugs

I went with the egr deleate once its GONE theres NOTHING to FAIL. picked up 1-2 mpg since not recycling spent exhaust gas back into the intake manafold and it stays cleaner
and Being that you have the square egr cooler most upgrade to BPD if they dont deleate it
and you might need an tunner to shut the cel off if you deleate

You could unplug the egr valve for a few days see if you pop a CEL if not you maynot need a tunner for the CEL it just depends on what the exact code you get some get egr flow code and some get egrvalve preformance codes and some get both codes codes seem to be on an individual basis. But keep a close eye on the temps if you do unplug he egr valve unpluged egr valve affects the fan operation. everyone deleates the egr cooler but leaves the egr valve in for the fan and to keep the pcm happey

Better do some DEEP soul searching to decide what you want to do with it Cuz I cant tell you what to do one way or another

I hear ya . Just was wandering from a reliable , preformace stand point on delete or BPD. I only put about 5000-5500 miles a year on the truck. But most are pulling a 30' TT. Only about a $25 difference between delete or BPD. I have a SC ll will it shut off the cel. Also i would be leaving the egr valve in for the fan operation so would it throw a code.
