Search Ebay and CL for some used 53-56 Ford truck fenders. I can usually find a pair from $50.00 to $300 depending on the condition. Hell I've seen them as cheap as $25.00. They might need a little work but hell you need to modify them to fit the contour of the dentside bedside anyways.
Used fenders are almost always cheaper then new ones!!
Yeah but you have to figure in shipping and are loca UPS and USPS are ****ty handlers of mail..... Not our mail women, but just the post master and ****... So I may get a polverized one, but both me nad mom were looking last night and I will search from time to time, for not I want to get the axle and get to modifying and such, get the axle under it get the bed on top and see how much I need to cover.
Find them locally! Then now worries about shipping!
Hell there are members on this board that could probably help you out. PM "bigwin56f100" and see if he might have any. If not he might know someone in the area with some.
Just an option to get you some fenders once you get the diff in and get the measurements.
