Lightbulb 02 EATC climate control problems

2002 Lincoln Navigator
5.4l 32v 8 cyl.
auto w/ overdrive
electronic temp controls
When I got it the factory stereo had been replaced with a aftermarket unit.

Hello everyone.
I hope Y'all can help. I've had this Navigator for a couple of months now. I first noticed, in the fall, that when "Max Air" was selected, cool air would first blow through the front panel ducts and then through the defrost vents. I would run in the "panel/floor" setting with the temp set to 60. This is the only way to get the air conditioning to blow through the panel vents. Recently I've noticed that the heat doesn't work. When I turn on the rear heating the air seems some what warmer, but not hot like I would expect it to be. (This is through the "panel" or ceiling vents).
I've read many posts about blend doors and vac lines. Recently found a EATC self-test and do not get any DTC's. Engine runs good with no obd2 codes.
I dont want to tear into my dash, if I don't have to.
It has 130k on it, and runs great. It appears to have had a coolant change recently. Thanks for any help. In way over my head.
