What to do?
Ok I have an 03 with a 165k on it. It has an AFE intake 4" turbo back magnaflow and a 6" pro comp lift running 35x13.5xr18. I am thinking of doing a SCT and some gauges (boost tranny egt). To me the truck seems sluggish on the start and only gets 11mpg with the best I have gotten on the highway of 12. Wanting to improve this and pick up some power. Also when cold it seems to "hang" at about 40mph and can blow white smoke if you push the pedal. I am thinking FICM on this right direction or no? But given the mods done so far what is the next move and smartest want to do this right and make it last. TIA

Get a scangauge great gauges here
and check the FICM volts when cold
a scangauge with a couple stand alone gauges and the truck is pretty well covered
stand alone gauges would be EGT,Fuel Pressure and thescangauge will get the rest
check it out
