Quick Question...

is the steel intake gasket re-useable on a 6.9 idi? seeing as it is metal? ive never taken the intake apart.

The valley pan? I suppose if you don't bend it all up while taking it off I don't see why you couldn't ?

I know they are not cheap but I wouldn't reuse it. Remember it is the only thing keeping coolant out of the chambers at that area. It only takes a little liquid to hydrolock one of these beasts and that can cause some real damage, way more than the cost of the valey pan gasket.
