Windshield Washer Reservoir....

Hey everyone, just wondered if anyone had a spair old windshield washer reservoir they would part with for a reasonable amount??
I had one of the new repro's and we had a few mice in the garage that ate the darn thing. The mice are gone now...victims of a
good integrated pest management program. I saw one a year ago at a wrecking yard, kicking myself for not getting it.

Mine is the soft bag type...measure 7 3/4 inches from peg to peg.

All the best,
Jason

Mrs. Teasdale: What's that?
Rufus T. Firefly: Sounds to me like mice.
Mrs. Teasdale: Mice? Mice don't play music.
Rufus T. Firefly: No? How about the old maestro?

There are THREE different types of w/shield washer bags.

1) Hinged cap with a nipple on the bottom of the bag for the hose to attach to.

2) Removable cap with a nipple on the bottom of the bag for the hose to attach to.

2) Removable cap w/a hole in it. A T fitting w/a nipple on it for the hose to attach to fits into the hole.

The bags could either be red or blue with either FoMoCo or See-Clear marked on them.

There are FOUR different types of w/shield washers.

1) Manually operated foot pump (dealer installed accessory).

2) Electrical foot pump (dealer installed accessory).

3) Individual switch mounted above ignition switch. C1AZ-17664-A washer pump installed on left fender inner apron (factory installed).

4) Switch incorporated within w/shield wiper switch. C1AZ-17664-A washer pump installed on left fender inner apron (factory installed).

Types 3 & 4 shown here: 1964/72 Ford Truck Parts Catalog / Illustration Section 175.1, Page 3.

Great Caesars Ghost! Duck Soup (Paramount:1933) did poorly at the box office, inducing the Marx Brothers to move over to MGM

Speaking of mice, Marx Brothers mothers name was Minnie (no relation to Mickey). There were 5 Marx Brothers: Chico, Groucho, Gummo, Harpo and Zeppo.
