erratic fuel pressure

so I had 7 injectors get stuck wide ope supposedly because of high fuel pressure. replaced with 180cc sticks, did an egr delete and oil cooler replacement. runs like a champ except my fuel pressure gage that I just installed sits right at 58psi normally but on idle it jumps to 75psi and somtimes slams to 100 which is max for the gauge. it is literally all over the place and actually goes up on acceleration. I have a ordered regulator rebuild kit and fuel filters were replaced about 5,000 mi ago. what else should I look at?

Probably a new gauge sender. They go often go flaky like that. Lots of reports of that exact thing. Might be the gauge itself. If you rebuild the regulator, and it still does it, try to confirm with a mechanical gauge.

wow those are some crazy numbers. have u done the blue spring?? also, i have never heard of the fp on a 6.0 going up upon acceleration.

quick question, what is the max fp the injectors and o-rings can take?
