TOW MIRRORS ARE NEEDED

i have found this website. is this the cheapest that anyone has found them. Replacement Ford Excursion Towing Mirror Power Heater 1999-2005 Left At Monster Auto Parts

Did you check with some of the sites vendors? They usually beat everyone. I think silverstate ford has em for like $140.00 or so. Its at least worth checking out. I am planning on doing the 08-10 mirror conversion on mine to match my planned 08 front facelift. I'll be selling my tow mirrors afterwards.

You do know the tow mirrors will hurt your MPG?

on your sig if you have a 2000 Excursion V10 why do u have a 6.0L tranny cooler

My guess is that since he dropped coin on an built tranny, he wanted to use the bigger diesel tranny cooler to protect it. Especially if he tows a lot. Heat is the worst enemy of a transmission. Very smart move and wise investment.

Because it's an easy upgrade and it's the best trans cooler Ford put on these rigs.

It's a very common mod we (we = non-6.0L powered rigs) do.

does it bolt in place and that sounds like a good ideal how much extra and do you have to run extra trans fluid and u think it would fit on my X
