Headlight question
Hey there. I am looking at buying a 2006 f-250. It is an XL and has the sealed beam style headlights. is it possible to put the better composite style headlights in it? I know i can buy conversion 6054 lenses but i would like to put the factory superduty composites in. Thanks for your time guys

Just buy the 05-07 style headlights either oem or aftermarket, and install. On the xl trucks there is an adapter pigtail on the factory wiring harness already adapting from the better headights to the older style sealed beams which needs to be removed.

be careful what you wish for
I have those sealed beams in my '08 and I dont have any of the "terrible light" or complaints that others have here. They my be more stylish, but I just want you to consider what you may give up, Mark
Oh ya! I forgot, in mine i dont see any type of major mod that would have to be made, and I have had my housings out a few times
