Those aren't factory I don't think; factory ones are about $600 for two. Those are those eagle eye's (i think they're called that). I have heard the non factory ones don't light as good...

You'll need to change your headlight harness to 9005, they are 9007s right now, and you'll have to modify your header panel...

Yeah I've researched the install, I thought they had 9008 bulbs in the '05's. Do you mean the reason they dont light as good is because of the brand?

My bad, I was thinking fogs. You are right, the main headlights are 9008. The non factory ones don't have as good of designed back housing (parabolic reflector sort of). Those tend to scatter light more than they focus... They aren't "Bad" lights; just there are better ones. My experience with aftermarket is that the lenses tend to cloud over quicker also... Those look good though...

No difference at all between those and the OEMs, i can tell. I too have Eagle eyes, and you can't tell either.

Just to parrot PM's and posts by DC Special, who has both OEM and Eagle Eyes. He said looks and performance were the exact same out of both lights. He did say that you could push in on the EE's and it would bend the plastic a little, where the OEM's hardly moved at all. He said he would go with the EE's again anyday.

As far as the fogging goes, anybody had these long enough to give a report on it?
