Edge Insight Locks Up

Thought I would see if anyone else is experiencing the same issue I am having with my Insight. Just updated to the newest firmware. Now when I try to clear the Records in the Diagnostics menu the device locks up and the screen will not respond.

Mine started doing that when I updated as well. I called several times and they weren't able to get to the bottom of it, but I did figure out that I can clear them one at a time. They said that they had noted the issue and would make sure to fix it in their next update. I wanted them to fix it right now, but i figured since I can reset the records one by one, it wasn't that big a deal.

They also changed their on setting so that mine doesn't always come on with the key anymore. Sometimes I have to touch it if I want it to come on before I start the truck. I told them to fix that in their next update too; I want it to come on as soon as I turn the key on.

My insight locks up too any time I try to clear all the records at once. Ive never tried to clear them individually so thanks for the tip TexasA&M. Mine will also lock up occasionally if I enter the menu to change something them as its returning back to the gauges it will just sit at the "Loading" and stay there.

I hate that mine wont come on with the key. I have to touch it and them turn the key to let the gps warm up or the Insight will turn back off before it starts....super lame.

Mine also locks up on occasion now since the last update & no longer comes on with the key either

We should all get on the line with them and let them know that we aren't happy with the most recent update. I wish I hadn't updated mine since I don't use any of the new features.
