Mech. Fuel Pump help

So my fuel pump has been blasted and its almost back together. Minus one part. I can't figure out how to disassemble the part that holds the old cracked diaphragm. below are the pics of the part in question. Any ideas? Does anyone sell this part if I can't figure it out? thanks guys

It's riveted, and when you buy a rebuild kit you usually get a new one already riveted.

Double check that all beads have been blown out. You wouldn't want to have those floating around in your oil.
