Foot heat problems
Hi Folks..
I have searched but not found something exactly like mine.
I have a Sport Trac 2007 xlt
Manual control for heat and AC
Here is my problem.
If I put heat Full BLast on feet only. I get nothing.
if I lower the heat setting a bit. I get a little coming out on the feet
if I put full blast on defrost and feet. I get nothing unless I lower heat setting and I get a little bit.
Its all weird.. some advice would be greatly appreciated.
Main thing I dont get enough heat on the feet and winter is coming and wife is already whinning

That was fun,
Now is how to test it.
Get a ladder and some plywood. I used foam blocks in place of the plywood.
You need to be able to climb on top of the engine and reach around the turbo and the down pipe with the engine running.
With the engine cold set up the ladder and your wood. Start her up climb on top of the engine and reach around the turbo and that down pipe. If it's leaking you should be able to feel it. You need to do this before it gets to hot to feel around there. It took me five tries to get the turbo installed correctly.
Now is how to test it.
