4.0 has weird miss

4.0 has weird miss
So when i warm up my truck in the morning i have no problem. But if i leave my truck in a parken lot for about 30mins ill start it back up and it has a bad misfire and the truck wants to die, but when i revd up the motor for a second it went away, Whats goin on

If you have a CEL lit, have your favorite autoparts store scan the computer & post the trouble codes, as they can offer up good trouble shooting clues.
If no codes set, do a fuel pressure & pressure leak down test over time, maybe the fuel injectors have a runny nose & are leaking fuel into the intake manafold after shutdown & causing an over rich air/fuel ratio on the restart.
If you come to suspect the fuel injectors may be dirty, consider adding a 20oz can of Chevron Techron Concentrate Plus to the tank before filling up with Chevron, Texaco, or Cal Tex that already have Techron in them, or other Top Tier fuel like Shell, or EXXON, that have extra PEA detergents in them, as that'll raise the detergent treat rate 10x above that of pump gas alone & will usually get the job done in one tank, then run most of the treated tank out & let us know how it goes.
BTW, Advance Auto has Techron on a BOGO deal this month.
