Parts ID help

Does anyone know how this part attaches to the top of this carb. Is there some kind of retainer ring and possibly a gasket?

Any pics or part numbers would be appreciated!

No gasket, but there is a bent sheetmetal retaining clamp that goes around the spacer and carb, formed to mate up with the taper made by the carb/spacer combo. It typically has a long thumbscrew so that you can undo it while the air cleaner is installed.

I don't have any pics at the moment, but if I can get to my truck I'll snap a couple for you.

Looks to me like a Holley/Ford 94. The clamp will be a ford part. Check this out to help you identify the model and year (www.flatheadv8.org/carb-id.htm). I've got the same setup on my '53 F100.
