Interchangable years for Explorers....
I need to replace the engine for my 2003 Ford Explorer and need to know what years I can use. I was able to locate a 1999 but don't want to pay for it if it isn't going to work any info would be appreciated Thanks

Does your Explorer have a V6 or V8? If the V6, which one (OHV or SOHC)?

It is a v6 with the sohc
