1991 5.0 engine bug
frustration is mounting as i try to solve a problem with a motor that will start, idle for about 20 seconds, then die. Right before it dies it makes gasping sound and just dies. Then it acts like its flooded. After it warms up it seems ok, but does stall when driving. I love this truck and just want to be able to start it up and use it as a daily driver. I'm new to this site, and have some mechanical ability, but not the experience to isolate the problem (s). help me please.
