Mine was a piece of cake. The lift made it easy since I can sit indian style under the truck. Used a few cut 2x4's to hold stuff up and of course air tools make a world of difference. I did spray the bolts down the night before. I am sure that made a difference. You are right, that stuff is heavy. Especially that factory muffler!
