It's Sunday so no shops and im 800 Kim's from home
Changed the cps and it seemed ok for about 20 miles the the CEL came on again. I moved wires around on valve cover on drivers side and that seemed to make it start? Any ideas

The wires can rub on the drivers side valve cover. Something easy to check.

In tank screens. Sounds like a fuel issue.

sounds like fuel PSI is low, cant keep up with the truck when pulling. it should be ~65psi.

I left it behind and came home in a borrowed truck .

When I turn the key on the "wait to start" light doesnt go out every time and when it doesnt go out the truck wont start. (That mean anything?)

A couple of times I unplugged the plug going to the valve covers then plugged it back in and it started.

It seemed ok after I changed the CPS but at the first big hill climbing out of the Peace River the light came on and it tryed to quit.

I drove back to Fort St John and drove around town for 1/2 hour and it seemed OK.

I have a Edge Evalution chip in it, thats been in for a couple of years with no problems.
I tryed to unistall it and when I plug it into the computer port under the dash nothing happens?
Its like theres no juice to the port?

I forget what fuse it is, but the fuse controls the cigarette lighter and the OBD II port.

If you unplug the harness then plug it back in and it sometimes start....could be you are moving it enough that the connection under the valve cover is making/losing contact. May have to pull the valve covers and check the inside connection. Although that would only get it to run like crap. Shouldn't kill it all together.

Also check the ICP sensor. It sits on top of the drivers side head towards the front. If that has gone bad, oil has seeped into the electrical side and is causing bad readings to get to the PCM. This will shutdown the truck. Just replaced one for a friend who was having the same issue.

Yup thats what Edge told me when I emailed them , it might be a fuse.

That might solve that problem but i still have the other one.

I dont think its fuel related.

Would the UCV (Valve cover gaskets) make it die out?

i would say just like everyone else is saying check your uvch if there good pull the harness off the top of the icp and see if it will run if none of the above helps look in the valley down near the back of the hpop and see if the tin nut has came loose from the ipr valve if so that could be your problem as well.. just my 2 cents hope u get it back on the road
