locking hubs

im new to the locking hubs, i oredered the mile marker hubs. while they were on sale, installed them yesterday. the only problem is the driver side handle wont turn. its like something is holding it or its froze.

the passanger side went on just fine no issues, it turns great locking and unlocking. but the driver wont move, any ideas would be great. thanks

I would take it back apart and re install, being careful to follow the directions. It is possible to have missed small step.

i took it all back apart, re-did it, following the directions step by step, still the same result.

sorry that usually is the case, hope some one chimes in that can help.

Just wondering, what was the reason for the upgrade anyway? this may lead to why it wont work, why i ask is... if you bought them cause the system was not working, then this may not have been your problem.
Also, the manufacturer may have a tech line to call for this.
