Is this my AC compressor?
Hey guys,
I'm still fairly new to this vehicle and have MANY questions.
I'm going to be completely redoing my 84 F-250 351W, stripping it down to the bare essentials and getting rid of all "luxury" items on it.
I was wondering if the item circled in red in the link is the AC compressor for the cooling system? If so, can I get rid of it?

From research I've done this year was still taking R12 and I'm not interested in messing with that or doing a R134 conversion. I want this truck to be as stripped down as possible.
