TPS voltages
My dad has a 1994 F 350 with factory turbo and the E4OD. Took it to a transmission shop because it was shifting weird. pulled codes said it was the VSS. replaced that all seemed good till now. Checked the voltages on the TPS. they seem fine but here they are. Center wire at idle 1.15 WOT 4.12 approx. bottom wire was 4.97 volts. The truck drove fine until last week then parked it until i had time to check it. Dad said that all of a sudden he couldn't go over 50 so he backed off then tried it again shifted extremely hard. Stopped at a business shut it off. Then got back in shifted fine for a while. He told me the o/d light only flashed a couple of times then stopped. What is going on here?!

He'll need to pull the codes as it could be a number of things.
TPS voltages are a bit on the low side.
