Transmission lock recall?
I quickly looked to see if this was posted but didn't find anything.
One of the mods can merge this if there is another.

Recall 11C21: Certain MY12 F-Super Duty and MY11 F-150 Vehicles - BSIA (Brake Shift Interlock Actuator) Inspection
Affects certain MY12 F-Super Duty's built at KTP from 09/12/11 through 09/22/11 and MY11 F-150's built at DTP and KCAP from 09/09/11 through 09/22/11.
The problem is the BSIA may bind allowing the vehicle to be inadvertently shifted from park into gear with out having to first press the brake pedal. The procedure is to inspect the and determine if BSIA replacement is necessary.
Owner notification letters are expected to start going out this coming week, December 19th.
