87 f150 skipping
hi guys, i have a problem that maybe you can help me with. i recently bought an 87 f150 with a straight 6 at an auction with 73000 miles on it. great shape. only 1 problem, it skips or hesitates, not all the time, maybeonce or twice a mile. anyways, i changed the cap, rotor, plugs, plug wires, cleaned the injector, and changed the fuel filter. I thought maybe the problem was that there was moisture in the gas tank because i had no idea how long it had been sitting. i have gone through 4 tanks of gas each with dry gas, and it has not cleared up. after changing the fuel filter and plugs, it ran great for a day and then started skipping again, but not as bad. please help me out with any suggestions you might have. thanks alot!
