Fellas, I have a 68 f-100 and i want to put bucket seats out of a 69 Bronco, but I'm having trouble finding seat tracks that will work for this. Any ideas?
x2 Fab some mounts.
I put Cherokee seats in the back of my wrangler. I used "nut-serts"/"rivit-nut"(?) and drilled some holes.
I like the bench in my truck. It still has a good spring!!!!
1965/66 F100/250 Rangers came standard with bucket seats, the same seats were an option for 1967/72 F100/350's.
These bucket seats are the same as 1965/70 Mustang, 1967/70 Cougar (except '69/70's with high backs). The seat tracks are the same as 1965/70 Mustang, 1967/70 Cougar.
These same seats (less the tracks) were also installed in 1966/77 Bronco's. Bronco's use specific to Bronco only seat tracks, because the seats are flipped forward to gain access to the back seat.
1965/72: There are two brackets per side that are necessary to raise and level the seats. These bolt to the floor pan, then to the tracks.
The brackets have been reproduced, FTE member Bill W has them. He posts in the 1961/66 forum.
