Brand is kinda inconsequential, isn't it?? I mean, if you tow heavy, like me, I can see where it could be important to have something in there that can stand up to that heat buildup till that next drain/fill cycle.
But for just running around, with a sometimes burst of throttle, I don't see where there could be that much difference in the product you use.
Chet - I believe they only sell the 75W-140 in the 5 gallon containers. I've had this 5 gallon container for about 3 years.
Your probably right Rich. At least that is what I was looking for. Guys I know do love the Shaeffer products just hard to buy except in quanity. Changing the diff,. doesn't have to be done that often so 5 gallons is a waste for me. God Bless, Chet
