Rear Breaks

Going to be doing Rear Breaks, any special tools needed?

Not unless you are changing the rotors. You have to pull the axles to take the rotor off.

Will be pulling rotors.

You will need a special socket to take the nut off to get the hubs out. I don't remember what it's called or the size, but Roland had one when we changed my axle seals. You may want to get new seals for this.

What is the Preferred synthetic oil you guys like for the rear Diff.

I prefer RP, has all the additives but its expensive but worth it in my book.

I used what came in it from the factory. Motorcraft synthetic 75w-140 and Motorcraft friction reducer.

What socket does it take to get the rear hubs out? Would autozone have it in stock?

I presume the discussion above is specific to dual rear wheel trucks. I don't remember pulling the axles when I removed the rotors on my SRW truck. Looks like you have a SRW so you shouldn't need that tool unless you need to remove the hub to replace the seals.
