Ranch Hand Grille Guard (Pic Request)
The welded tabs are drilled so that a 1/2 bolt can be used.
I personally thought the lights were not low performance. Lights « Rally800 « Rally 800 130w Driving Stainless « KC HiLiTES: Auxiliary Lighting, Off Road Lights, HID Off Road Lights, Fog Lights, LED Light Bars, Driving Lights, Light Bars, Wiring Accessories, Flashlights, Torches
What driving lights do you have?

It's not about the size of the hole in your welded tab. It's about the room around the tab. Enough for junior-sized lights with small reflectors. Again, I don't see the point when you're dealing with a huge truck and huge grill. Why run lights smaller than guys put on their Subaru WRXs?
a) look great.
b) since they are smaller there is no way that vertical bar will cut into the actual beam of the light.
c)130 watts regardless of size of reflector is plenty of lighting power for normal needs. He does have headlights on his bad *** 2011 that work well

b) My installation does not interfere with the beam spread of my Hella 4000s.
c) 130w H1 bulbs are rated for 50 hours use. 100w bulbs are rated for 150 hours. 130w bulbs put out 3,000 lumins vs. 2,500 for 100w. 20% more lumins for one third the life. Sadly, those extra 500 lumins do not come close to overcoming the inefficiencies of the smaller KC reflector. A Hella 4000 with a 100w bulb throws more usable light than that KC with a 130w bulb. Of course, you could run 130w in the Hellas.
I'm sorry, but holding everything else equal is the single most important factor in determining light output. Wanna bet 55w bulbs in my Hella 4000s perform better than 130w bulbs in those KCs?
I would like to know if anyone has converted the Hella lights to HID?
I had to create a special bar to mount the Hella's on my Ranchhand. However, I like the mounting on the side of the pillars!
