Rain changed to snow 4", tonight it will freeze solid thenit's going to melt, strange way to get thing wet
Oh I took the F2 out for a spin yesterday, everyone was smiling as I ground the gear faces smooth.
Snowing pretty steadily here today, same program as PA -- it will freeze and make driving a nightmare for a couple days. Glad I got in a nice drive in the F-1 yesterday.
Raining here now. They are predicting 1 foot of snow in the OK panhandle and .04 inch in OKC. How can they predict .04 inch of snow??? Isn't that like one flake thick?
What a difference a day makes...
Sunday was gorgeous here, no wind, clear sunny skies and then I wake up to snow covering everything and flakes like feathers falling steady. Snowed for most of the morning but not sticking to the streets.
and, I need to get up to 25 posts to make a signature (and maybe an avatar), and this seems like as good a way as any to get there!
Brilliant!
We have a 50% chance of rain tomorrow. My daughter has a track meet, so hopefully the rain will have moved on by before 4PM.
Racing in the rain is fun, but watching others in it sucks.
Crickets was the name of Buddy Holly's band. Four guys in England wanted to use that name but it was already taken, so they called themselves another insect name, I thinks it was the dragonflies?
I'm teaching an autocross class Saturday, It's going to be dry and sunny. We do race in the rain, not like those woosie NASCAR guys! Don't they know that if they would buy some new tires they have grooves in them that lets you drive when it's wet? Then again no one in the south knows how to drive when it's raining, they all drive into the ditches and run into trees trying to get off the highways, so it's prolly agood idea they make them park and put a cover over the car so they can't see it's raining cause race tracks don't have ditches or trees to drive into. That is all.
