Edit: might actually be even cheaper for kit if you just purchase adapter bearing sleeve and not bearing kit as if you use original d60 carrier they wouldn't be needed. Jana 76 can use a d70 carrier as well..
Don't some of thoes front axles out of heavy trucks rotate the wrong direction, meaning u have to use the transfer case out of the vehicle it came from because the "standard" case will spin it backwards?
Hmmm, wonder what the hell I'm thinkin than. I could have swor it was some 2 1/2 ton Ford/Chevy trucks..... Guess they would be a heavier axle than a D70 anyways..
sounds like whatever it was, was a chevy 2.5 ton, but what model or years i don't know. it was old though. lot of bad info in all the stuff i'm finding.
