I had the oil changed at dealer 2500 miles ago, seems like they didn't reset it.....Just got "Change Oil Soon" message.

There is a way to reset it and adjust for the 2500 miles since the oil change. This was just discussed in another thread not too long ago. I don't remember how to do it but I think it is in the menu where you reset the system.

No, I tried resetting holding down the OK button, but that didn't work.

This worked for me. I have a 2011, F-250, 6.2L gas. Just changed my oil today and Owners Manual was worthless on how to get OIL CHANGE REQUIRED message to go away.

1. Key ON.<O</O
2. Select OK to get rid of OIL CHANGE REQUIRED message.<O</O
3. Scroll down to SETTINGS and push OK.<O</O
4. Scroll down to VEHICLE and push OK.<O</O
5. Scroll down to OIL LIFE RESET and push OK.<O</O
6. Scroll to any % other than what you want and push OK. <O</O
7. Scroll to what % you want and push OK.<O</O
8. Key OFF.<O</O

I'm guessing this guy figured it out since this thread is 3.5 months old.

Yep. Didn't notice that. So happy I figured it out I wanted to share. Newbie didn't notice the original question post date.

I had a hard time the first time I had to do the reset....and again the second time. I had to mark my post 'telling someone how to do it' so I could review it during my next oil change....as I know I will forget again.
