Get a good relay setup. I like the one from RJM Injection Tech. The LMC one is fine too, but needs to have a fuse added.
Then make sure you headlight lenses are clear not yellow and fogged up.
A good pair of clear non tinted bulbs work best. GE Nighthawk, Sylvania Xtravision, or Phillips Xtreme Power bulbs. All the tinted ones including Silvertar are hyped up junk.
Another thing that helps alot is a 130 amp alternator from a PSD. I replaced the stock 95 amp one on mine. Its a plug and play upgrade.

Thank you......and would you guys know what would cause a hole to burn through the postive battery terminal clamp where the wire slides through.
Acid maybe? Maybe it got REALLY hot, and that was a weak point...maybe an air bubble was in there, and it was just thin?
Also...CRC battery terminal cleaner, etc from any auto mart store, is AWESOME....$5 a can, and its simply amazing....It'll turn from yellow to pink, if battery acid is present...And it has a type of baking soda like solution in it, that as it cleans, etc....it neutralizes the acid, if any is present...
