my friend Jessica and i have known each other since 11th grade. i took her to prom twice. she was always happy and smiling. if we were upset we would call each other and end the call laughing no matter what was wrong. she was beautiful and just had her 23rd birthday in October.

last night she was killed in a roll over crash. she was the passenger in her own car and her BF was driving. i have never felt a hurt like this before. she was so young an had so much life to live yet!!!

i'm still in shock, i go from being mad to crying and its been like that all day. i just talked to her..she cant be gone?! i cant wrap my mind around it. its not real.

I lost a couple of my friend's really young. 1 was 18 and fell out of the bed of a truck, another had Cystic Fibrosis he was 23. Nothing about it is easy. Such a young person with seemingly so much potential, is a shock. Be strong, and take care of her and your other friend's, You guy's will need each other. Thought's to you and the family and friend's.

I have unfortunately been there many times. She was a very beautiful girl. I was in love with a girl in high school and we remained friends after I joined the military. I thought we had just lost contact when I found out she had committed suicide I about lost it. I grieve for your loss.

 

this is the first time i've ever lost somebody this close. it still is not real to me. i cant accept this. her family is devastated her brothers wont talk to anyone. her mom is just in shock and her dad is furious. she was there only girl out of 5 kids. her BF who was driving is out of the hospital and i'm hoping to see and speak with him tomorrow.


i just cant wrap my mind around the idea i wont be getting some smart *** text from her or a random call. we were supposed to hangout this weekend i was so looking foreword to it.


i'm so sad, the hurt i feel is so deep and so strong.

That's a terrible thing to happen. I know it's tough for you right now, but time heals all wounds. It's tough to see the light at the end of that tunnel right now, but it's there. You'll always have your memories of her, and she'll be forever young in them.

The loss in my life was a close friend who perished in a diving mishap.
