windshield wiper motor

have a 2002 f250, wipers and washer pump wont work, replaced multi function switch and nothing, when turning on you can hear a slight clicking sound coming from wiper motor area, and to top it off I don't have the manual to see what fuses and relays are for what!!!! thanks for any input

The wiper motor gets power from fuse 33 and 106.

This is one of those 30 amp fuses. My motor got shorten couple years ago and made pretty big smoke on parked car before the fuse burned out.

Are both of these fuses under the hood? I know the 30 amp fuse is under the hood... not sure if it is the 33 or the 106.

It has relays for both, ground side switch from the gem. The clicking is likely the relay.
not sure on a 02 the numbers or locations. Once you find them you can test at the relay for missing powers.
On earlier models the grounds for the motor and pump are in different locations.
Guessing it is the 30a fuse, or wiring.
